Your Role:

  • Support our Risk team to identify and mitigate risk across full customer lifecycle, from customer onboarding to individual financing decisions and delivery process

  • Support in building our consumer scoring process across several European markets 

  • Conduct initial and ongoing credit analysis on our customer base using financial databases, credit reference agency data & internal policies

  • Collaborate with all internal departments such as Technology, Finance, Product as well as External Stakeholders

  • Work on strategic underwriting projects (e.g. improving underwriting processes and policies, automation of underwriting processes, developing our scoring tool).


Requirements

Your Profile:

  • Min 2-3 years experience in similar roles at bank, credit rating agency, fintech startups etc.

  • Very good working knowledge of credit ratings, financial databases as well as digital trends

  • Experience with more than one markets is preferred

  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills and a structured and detail-oriented working style.

  • Fluent in English & least one other language (German, French, Dutch)

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment, adapt quickly and make decisions rapidly, all while maintaining attention to detail and high quality decision making

  • Min availability of 6 months, with option to stay longer
