Your Role:

  • Routine operational tasks to fulfill customer orders

  • Coordinate with third party warehouse partner for daily order fulfillment

  • Frequent travel to third party warehouse(s) for collaboration and improvement projects in operations process

  • Coordinate with logistics partners to improve customer delivery service

  • Coordinate refurbishment and repair of assets with external partners

  • Undertake projects for new warehouse fulfillment centers, logistical solutions and country roll-outs

  • Own operational KPIs of OTD, refurbishment and repair lead times

  • Support Procurement, Customer Service, Business Development and Business Intelligence teams to ensure flawless customer experience

Requirements

Your Profile: 

  • Academic background with Bachelors or Masters in Business Administration, Supply Chain or Engineering 

  • 1-2 years in Operations, Logistics, Procurement or Supply Chain preferably in an e-commerce environment

  • Hands-on attitude and strong coordination skills 

  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment 

  • Proficiency in MS Office and Excel

  • Prior experience with Salesforce, ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is an advantage 

  • Fluent in English (German and other European languages are a bonus)
