Designers on our Brand Marketing team bring the Grover brand to life across a wide range of channels. As our Marketing Design Intern at Grover, you will help our Design Team to create impactful, unified designs within Grover’s existing brand identity online for grover.com, banner ads and ad campaigns, partner affiliate sites and partner retail store locations in Germany, CRM, social media, and events.
You will work closely with our Brand Designer, Visual Designer, and Brand Marketing team as they develop new campaigns and creative assets to best present the Grover brand to a growing audience in Germany and beyond. You will have the opportunity to take ownership and responsibilities for your work and contribute to the Grover visual brand.
Create consistent design assets within the Grover brand identity
Design online campaign banners and ads for g rover.com and partner affiliates like MediaMarkt.de, Saturn.de, Gravis.de, and Conrad.de
Design graphics for B2C and B2B partner affiliate landing pages
Design promotional print materials for Grover and Grover events
Design point-of-sale print materials for partner affiliate stores in Germany
Work cross-departmentally on partner marketing with our Business Development Team
Support Brand and Visual Designers in creating dynamic design assets that best tell the Grover story
Support Brand and Visual Designers in improving and unifying Grover’s brand identity across the full Grover customer journey
You are in your final two years of study in Graphic Design or related field or have recently graduated
Fluent in English (German is a huge plus!)
You are available full-time for 3-6 months
Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator and Photoshop
A strong motivation to create beautiful, impactful and consistent design assets in a fast-moving startup environment
The ability to work in a structured manner, a high standard of quality and personal initiative while enjoying independent work within a multidisciplinary team
Some experience with brand and marketing design (e.g. from an internship, own projects, study projects, ...)
Nice to have: experience with animation, motion graphics, and Adobe After Effects
