We are now looking for a Product Owner, Service and Logistic  to support our Product team. 

Your Role:

  • Lead product development for service and logistics use cases for and our retail partner network

  • Identify opportunities in customer pain points and design systems that drive key operations metrics (e.g. product quality, delivery time, allocation time)

  • Make thoughtful trade-offs among a diverse set of team and company priorities

  • Communicate product plans and results to engineers, leadership, and internal customers


Your Profile:

  • An open-minded fast learner who quickly builds trust with their team
  • Meticulous when it comes to spotting opportunities, defining product specifications, and reviewing and refining workflows
  • Convinced that eCommerce logistics is in your blood, and that “managing exceptions” is your middle name
  • A self-starter that takes pride in excellent craftsmanship
  • 3+ years working in product management or logistics
  • Ability to prioritise and communicate complex requests into Product Hypothesis Documents (PHDs)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

It's a plus:

  • Experience handling large order volumes and reverse logistics

  • Hands-on experience setting up and working with warehouse management systems

  • Knowledgeable in agile and lean development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (Jira)

  • Experience designing or coding

  • Background in supply chain management, project management, design, or engineering
