Your Role:

  • You will own all retention channels for Grover, identifying and implementing campaigns that drive increases in CLTV, activation rate and more

  • You will design and implement multi-channel campaigns, coordinating the process from concept to content delivery

  • You will manage the email calendar and balance the range of communications we send from product, revenue, marketing and partner perspectives

  • You will analyse the effectiveness of your campaigns and set up a system of ongoing optimisations and testing

  • You will work with the rest of the marketing and product team to build and segment the overall database

  • You will evaluate and implement CRM tooling that sets us up for scaling

  • You will improve the data integration into the ESP from the technical side

  • You will help to implement a push notification program for upcoming mobile clients, ensuring all customer communications are timely and relevant, regardless of platform

  • You will work with the rest of the marketing team to ensure an amazing and consistent customer experience across all touchpoints

Requirements

Your profile:

  • You have 1-3 years working experience in email marketing

  • You have proven experience driving growth at a similar consumer business

  • You are creative in your solutions and data-driven in your analysis of their performance

  • You are detail oriented but can find the balance between perfect and execution

  • You know all the ESPs in the game and have a strong opinion about which ones are best for the job

  • You can be hands on with HTML and email design

  • You have excellent communication and project management skills
