We are now looking for a Solutions Analyst Intern, Service and Logistics to support our Product team. 



Your Role:

  • Support product development for service and logistics use cases for Grover.com and our retail partner network

  • Identify opportunities in customer pain points and design systems that drive key operations metrics (e.g. product quality, delivery time, allocation time)

  • Write user stories and hypothesise detailed specifications

  • Communicate product plans and results to engineers and internal customers

Requirements


Your Profile:

  • An open-minded fast learner who quickly builds trust with their team
  • Meticulous when it comes to spotting opportunities, defining product specifications, and reviewing and refining workflows
  • A self-starter that takes pride in excellent craftsmanship
  • Ability to prioritise and communicate complex requests into Product Hypothesis Documents (PHDs)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills


It's a plus:

  • Experience handling large order volumes and reverse logistics
  • Hands-on experience setting up and working with warehouse management systems
  • Knowledgeable in agile and lean development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (Jira)
  • Experience designing or coding
  • Background in supply chain management, project management, design, or engineering
