We are now looking for a Solutions Analyst to join our talented Payments & Fraud team in Berlin.

Requirements

As a Solutions Analyst, you will:

  • Build self-service data tools that enable us to monitor the health and performance of Payments including Fraud
  • Prepare charts, tables, and diagrams to assist in analyzing problems and assessing impact of Problem Statements
  • Be the subject matter expert on payments data and communicate recommendations to decision makers
  • Offer problem solving support via personal knowledge and by asking effective, probing questions
  • Partner and collaborate with Product Management, Design and Engineering, facilitating the product strategy and feature roadmap
  • Have the opportunity to learn new tools and technologies to model and solve unstructured problems

We are looking for a passionate Solutions Analyst with:

  • 3+ years experience in Payments and Fraud
  • A degree in computer science, economics, finance, business informatics, applied maths or related field
  • Business acumen along with deep interest in technology
  • Knowledge of relational databases (like PostgreSQL, MySQL or Redshift)
  • Knowledge of DWH and DM concepts
  • Knowledge of BI & Analytics tools (like Tableau, PowerBI or Qliksense)
  • Knowledge of ETL tools (like Spoon or Talend) or ability to implement such processes using Python
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and GTM
  • Knowledge of empirical research methods and ability to perform them (using Python or R)
  • Attention to detail, Team spirit, and good communication skills, creative approach to problem-solving
  • Experience with large data sets (a plus)
